The park is situated in the Dutch Kempen, a region that extends over 5,000 square kilometers, with the majority lying in Belgium. This area is home to vast nature reserves, including the Leenderbos and the Groote Heide, which together form a continuous protected landscape spanning over 3,000 hectares. Both nature reserves are easily accessible from our park, offering beautiful landscapes to explore.
The surrounding area provides plenty of opportunities for an enjoyable day out. While there's no shortage of activities within the park, we highly recommend venturing out to discover the beauty of the region.
